Giles is a corporate associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice and a member of the firm's financial institutions group.
Giles advises clients on public and private M&A transactions, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.
Giles trained at Freshfields and was previously seconded to the firm’s Dubai office.

- Standard Life on its proposed £2bn acquisition of the UK insurance and pensions operations of Aegon
- Petershill Partners on its delisting from the LSE and return of $921m capital to its free float shareholders
- Mobico Group on the sale of its bus network in the West Midlands to the West Midlands Combined Authority
- Spire Healthcare Group on its proposed £1.03bn recommended acquisition by a consortium led by Toscafund Asset Management
