About
Kate is an associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in Washington, DC. She advises clients on U.S. national security regulations, including the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Outbound Investment Security Program, global foreign investment law, and U.S. competition law.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Kate was a legal intern at the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of Justice.
