Ally is an associate in our antitrust, competition and trade practice, based in Washington, DC. Ally has advised clients on government investigations and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Ally worked at a national law firm advising multinational client seeking regulatory approval across numerous jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. Before attending law school, Ally worked as a paralegal specialist at the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division in the Healthcare and Consumer Products; Media, Entertainment, and Communications; and Technology and Digital Platforms sections.
Ally is currently on client secondment.
