Soraya Ameline

Soraya is an Associate in our Paris office.

She represents a wide range of stakeholders, notably creditors, debtors, sponsors, shareholders, and directors in connection with pre-insolvency proceedings (either mandat ad hoc or conciliation proceedings) and insolvency proceedings (safeguard, reorganization or liquidation proceedings). 

Soraya is also involved in advising companies on their external growth operations, including the takeover of distressed companies.

Before joining Freshfields in 2024, she worked at Clifford Chance for two years.

Soraya speaks French, English and Spanish.
