Nicolas specialises in M&A and private equity transactions for private equity sponsors and other financial investors in transactions across Europe and across a range of sectors.
Nicolas is based in our Frankfurt office and during his time at Freshfields has spent six months on secondment to Warburg Pincus’ in-house legal team.
Nicolas speaks German and English.
