About

Rayan is an associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice.

 

His practice focuses on M&A transactions, joint ventures, IPOs, anti-trust and merger control, and corporate governance matters involving regional and international corporates, government-related entities, sovereign wealth funds and private equity investors. He also has experience in advising on intellectual property, and data privacy related matters both in KSA and in the United States.

He is licensed as an attorney by the State Bar of California, USA and has passed the New York State Bar Examination (not yet admitted). Rayan's legal education covers both Common Law and Civil Law and he holds a Juris Doctorate from University of California, Irvine and has attended the Cornell Paris Summer Institute at Sorbonne University in Paris, France. He is fluent in Arabic and English and has a basic understanding of Mandarin Chinese.
