About
Claire is an Associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in Washington, D.C. She assists clients with antitrust matters and merger review.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Claire worked at another global law firm where she advised private equity sponsors on acquisitions, sales and investments, assisted with the preparation of regulatory filings, and advised on operational legal matters.
During law school, Claire interned at the Massachusetts Division of Insurance and during undergraduate, she interned at the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General.
