Yvonne is an associate in our technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice and part of our data & technology group. She focuses her advice on data privacy and commercial matters with an emphasis on digitalisation and new technologies.

In particular, she regularly advises clients on data privacy compliance aspects and legal issues related to data protection and data security with a focus on dealing with global cyber attacks. In addition, she has experience in cross-border corporate transactions and carve-out projects.
