Patrick Wageneder is a member in our global transaction team.
Patrick is an associate in the global transactions team of the Vienna office and advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of general corporate law and focuses his practice on complex cross-border public and private M&A transactions. Patrick is very client orientated and solution-focused enabling him to understand the issues involved in complex transactions to provide straightforward advice.
He is fluent in German and English.
