Julia is a Senior Associate in our Paris office. She has an extensive expertise in corporate tax and is particularly involved in the structuring and tax aspects of M&A and private equity transactions. She also advises on the tax aspects of complex reorganisations in a domestic and international context.
She is ranked as a Rising Star and Woman in Tax Leader in International Tax Review (ITR).
A native French speaker, Julia is also fluent in English.
