Andréa is a senior associate in our Paris office. She focuses on the structuring and tax aspects of M&A and private capital transactions, as well as complex corporate reorganisations in both domestic and international contexts.
She advises sovereign wealth funds and leading private capital sponsors on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions particularly in the technology, infrastructure, and life sciences sectors. She also advises major multinational corporations on strategic corporate transactions.
She has been recognized in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in France™ in Tax Law.
