Thomas is an associate in our data, AI, privacy and cybersecurity practice group.
Avocat à la Cour, he is based in the Paris office and advises clients on all legal matters relating to new technologies, data regulation and cybersecurity.
Thomas focuses on strategic advice in technology-driven projects, negotiations of IT-related agreements as well as ensuring compliance with the GDPR or other data laws, especially in complex international scenarios. He also has experience in advising on the regulatory requirements regarding cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Freshfields in 2023, he acquired experience in several leading law firms in Paris, as well as in public administration, at the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
Thomas is registered at the Paris Bar.
He is fluent in French, English and German.
