Natalie is a corporate associate in our global transactions practice and specialises in private equity M&A, advising equity sponsors and other global financial investors on a range of transactions including private and public M&A, reorganisations and other corporate matters.

Prior to joining Freshfields in 2022, Natalie worked at Russell McVeagh, a leading law firm in New Zealand.
