Nils is a principal associate in our global transactions group.
He advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on complex public M&A transactions. His work covers the full transaction lifecycle, from transaction structuring and bid strategy through public takeover processes and offer documentation to post-transaction integration.
Nils also coordinates large-scale cross-border corporate restructurings, including complex merger and reorganization projects across multiple jurisdictions.
A significant part of his practice involves advising on strategic boardroom matters, including corporate governance, directors’ duties and liability, and disclosure obligations under German law.
Besides his native German, he is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and is conversational in French.
