Shira practices corporate and securities law and represents private and public companies on venture capital financings, initial public offerings, corporate governance and SEC compliance. Prior to joining Freshfields, Shira was Senior Corporate and Securities Counsel at SentinelOne, Inc., a cybersecurity company.
