Valentina is a German law qualified associate in our Frankfurt office. She focuses on national and international energy and infrastructure finance, project finance, real estate finance and other asset-based financings. Prior to joining Freshfields in 2024, Valentina worked as an associate at another Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt where she focused on project finance, real estate finance and asset finance. During her legal traineeship, she also worked in project finance, real estate finance and asset finance as well as in debt capital markets in a Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt and Madrid as well as in bank resolution at the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). She studied at Goethe University Frankfurt and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
