Erin is a global partner who advises on legal strategy and managing risks on major projects.
She leads a team of specialist practitioners that works across the world supporting our clients on their major capital projects, with a particular focus on emerging markets. Erin is described by Chambers Global as 'an absolute powerhouse in the construction disputes sphere, with exceptional technical skills and a work ethic which is second to none'.
She has specific expertise of complex international arbitrations in the oil and gas, power, mining and transportation sectors.
Erin is a vice chair of the project execution subcommittee for the International Bar Association. Erin is admitted as an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits as an arbitrator on projects-related disputes.

- Advising the Beijing Urban Construction Group on behalf of a large international construction group regarding ICSID proceedings against a governmental institution in the Middle East in connection with a dispute arising out of the construction of an international airport located in the Middle East.
- Advising a consortium of Korean EPC contractors in a multimillion-dollar ICC arbitration with a multinational owner over the construction of a coal-fired power plant.
- Advising the Government of Bahrain on the Al Dur IWPP, the Al-Hidd IWPP and the Al Ezzel IPP in relation to its multibillion-dollar privatisation scheme for Bahrain’s power and water sectors.
- Advising a Saudi Arabian metals company on issues relating to an aluminium rolling facility and a Korean EPC contractor in Saudi Arabia.
