Carlotta is an associate in our patent litigation group and is located in our Berlin office.
She advises multinational and national clients in patent policy matters and complex and contentious patent litigations before national courts and the UPC with a special focus on fields of telecommunications and video coding. Carlotta is experienced with standard essential and non-essential patents.
She speaks German and English.

- Advising and representing a US based technology company in the defence in an international patent dispute.
- Advising and representing a leading automotive supplier in a patent litigation suit in Germany regarding the use of automotive ethernet technology.
