He has a wide range of financial services and regulatory experience in both an advisory and a transactional context.

Mac advises banks, investment banks, asset and wealth managers, and insurers on a wide range of financial services and regulatory issues including in particular regulatory capital.

He has spent time on secondment at two investment banks and at the Bank of England.

Mac speaks English and German.
