Moritz is a principal associate in our tax practice. He focuses on the German and international taxation of businesses.
Moritz regularly advises domestic and international clients on various aspects of corporate taxation, including M&A transactions, reorganisations and restructurings, as well as in the context of tax audits.
In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English and French.
