Drawing on his dual qualification as a lawyer and tax advisor, he specializes in M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and carve-outs. He also represents clients in complex tax audits and disputes, where his advice is underpinned by deep academic research into topics such as German reorganization taxation.

- AURELIUS on the acquisition of Xylem’s smart metering business;
- HOCHTIEF on the combination of Flatiron and Dragados North America;
- CVC DIF on the acquisition of HiSERV;
- Klocke Group and IDT Biologika on the strategic partnership with SK bioscience;
