About
Lena is an associate in the Global Transactions practice and member of the Data & Tech group, based in the Frankfurt office. She advises clients on complex national and cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on commercial matters and the field of intellectual property and information technology. In addition, Lena focuses on emerging legislation that has an impact on digital businesses, such as the Digital Services Act.
Since joining Freshfields, Lena has worked out of our offices in Frankfurt and Washington D.C. and is a mentor in Freshfields’ program “Anwältin sucht Referendarin”, supporting the next generation of female legal talent.
Lena speaks German and English.
