Stephen Hutton

Stephen is a senior associate in our global transactions practice and is based in Riyadh.

His experience includes working on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, joint venture mandates as well as general corporate advisory work.

He has experience acting for a range of clients including private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, FTSE 100 companies and owner managed businesses in the following sectors: aerospace and defence; consumer goods and retail; banking; TMT; facilities management; pharmaceuticals; construction; and manufacturing, amongst others.

Stephen was seconded as in-house counsel to UK FTSE 100 company, BAE Systems PLC in London where he worked within its dedicated M&A team. During his secondment, Stephen gained international experience in corporate acquisitions, disposals and joint-ventures.
