Marco is an Associate in our Leveraged Finance team and a member of our Global Transactions group in our London office.
Marco specialises in acting for private equity sponsors and financial investors on leveraged finance acquisitions and refinancings. He has also advised on a number of general corporate financings and restructurings.

- Advising Cinven and group.ONE on the financing in respect of group.one's acquisition of the dogado group.
- Advising GIC on the financing in respect of its acquisition of Miller Insurance, a leading independent specialist broker, from Cinven, being GIC's first majority shareholder investment
- Advising EQT in relation to the financing supporting its rollover investment in Idealista, an online classified real estate platform.
- Advising QA Group, a CVC portfolio company and leading provider of IT education and skill, on the refinancing of their facilities.
