Paul is an associate in our international arbitration group and global projects disputes practice based in Paris.
Paul has experience representing and advising private and sovereign clients in international commercial arbitration matters, in particular construction disputes. He also has experience in arbitration-related advisory work and public international law.
Paul is fluent in English and French.
Additional Information
Paul's recent experience includes:
- Representing a European construction company in an ICC arbitration against a public entity concerning the construction of a port infrastructure in North Africa;
- Representing an African state in proceedings before the International Court of Justice against a neighbouring state concerning titles relating to the territorial and maritime delimitation of borders;
- Advising a private equity firm on its pre-emption rights and underwriting agreement for an oil and gas project.
