About

Tess is an Associate in the antitrust, competition and trade team of our firm's Amsterdam office. 

She specialises in competition law, European law, Dutch administrative law and regulated markets. She has broad experience in both national and cross-border litigation and has represented a range of clients before the Dutch courts, the European Courts, the Dutch (regulatory) authorities (ACM, NVWA) and the European Commission. Tess regularly advises technology clients on the Digital Markets Act and FMCG clients on competition and regulatory compliance matters. She is also regularly engaged in transactions, focusing on both antitrust and regulatory due diligence aspects.
