Andrew is an associate in our Antitrust, Competition, and Trade practice, based in Washington, DC.

Andrew represents clients on a broad range of antitrust issues, including mergers and acquisitions, civil antitrust litigation, international cartel investigations, and corporate compliance programs. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Before that, Andrew was a law clerk for the Honorable Karin J. Immergut of the US District Court for the District of Oregon.
