Ludovico Goglino is a corporate associate in the Global Transactions practice.
Ludovico specialises in private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. He has gained expertise while supporting international clients on several corporate extraordinary transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
He also expanded his practical experience through a six-month secondment in the legal department of a pharmaceutical group. During this period, he gained valuable insights into the legal challenges faced by corporations from an internal perspective, while also observing how law firms operate from an external viewpoint.
