Melanie is an attorney in our Hamburg office and a member of our Global M&A and Capital practice.
She advises listed and private companies on a broad range of corporate and capital market aspects, including corporate governance, restructuring and compliance with regulatory requirements. She also advises on private M&A and capital markets transactions.
She is fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
