About
Elliott is Principal Associate in the Brussels office of the firm and a member of the firm’s Global Transactions practice. He has also been part of the Silicon Valley office of the firm.
He advises corporate clients, financial investors and institutions on both public and private M&A, joint ventures and capital market operations internationally. His experience includes assisting on private equity deals, growth equity transactions, venture capital investments, complex joint-ventures and asset purchases, and corporate governance and advisory work.

- Advising Waterland Private Equity and the management on the sale of the Intersoft Electronics Group specialised in radar services and technology to IDI.
- Advising CVC DIF on the acquisitions of HiSERV GmbH, CTC Moyson Airport Equipment and S-P-S International to form a new platform and lead provider of ground support equipment.
- Advising UCB on (1) the strategic divestment of its mature neurology and allergy business in China to a consortium composed of CBC Group and Mubadala, (2) its joint venture in the neurology sector with a syndicate of Belgian and international investors for the creation of Syndesi Therapeutics SA, and (3) other strategic investments.
- Advising Xior Student Housing on its acquisition of a portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation assets developed and operated by BaseCamp, and on the listing and admission to trading of the new shares issued in consideration thereof to the sellers on Euronext Brussels.
- Advising the family shareholders of Gaming1 on the sale of Gaming1 to CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII.
- Advising D’Ieteren Group on its acquisition of a 40% participation in TVH Parts and a long-term partnership with the Thermote family.
- Advising Thermo Fisher Scientific on its acquisition of Henogen, the Belgium-based viral vector manufacturing business of Groupe Novasep
