Javier is a senior associate in our Antitrust, Competition and Trade group. He assists clients before EU and Spanish regulators across the full range of competition law matters, including merger control and foreign investment reviews and antitrust investigations.
Javier advises clients on a wide range of antitrust issues, including cartels and behavioural matters, as well as merger control and foreign investment. His practice covers European and Spanish competition law across a range of sectors including, among others, media, telecoms, consumer goods, financial services or life sciences/healthcare.
