Laura is a senior associate in our global transactions group.

Laura has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border debt capital markets transactions, acting for underwriters and issuers on a mix of programmes, standalone transactions and liability management exercises. She has experience across a wide range of products including convertible, hybrid, ESG and regulatory capital instruments. Laura’s practice also includes advising on corporate treasury loans, bespoke financing solutions and supporting Freshfields’ pro bono practice, focusing on social impact bonds, development  impact bonds and outcome investing.
