Ashley is an experienced litigator in our Intellectual Property team, based in our London office.

Ashley specialises in multi-jurisdictional life sciences patent disputes, including national proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and cross-border enforcement and defensive strategies. Ashley also advises on high-tech patent disputes, IP licensing, trade mark and branding, confidential information, competiton and regulatory matters.  

Prior to joining Freshfields, Ashley worked in Sydney and London, advising clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, consumer goods, technology, energy and pro bono community sectors.
