Noah is an associate in our Amsterdam office and a member of the Corporate and M&A team. He assists on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions.

- Advised AAC Technologies on the acquisition of Premium Sound Solutions (PSS), a global manufacturer of premium sound systems and acoustic solutions.
- Advised Macquarie Asset Management on its initial investment of up to €175 million in SkyNRG, a leading sustainable aviation fuels platform.
