About
Andrés is an international associate in our antitrust, competition and trade group, based in the Silicon Valley office.
Previously an associate in our Brussels office, Andrés relocated to Silicon Valley following a secondment during 2024.
Andrés advises on all aspects of European and international antitrust/competition law, including merger control, abuse of dominance/monopolization, horizontal and vertical agreements, and compliance.
He has experience advising clients before the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and various national competition authorities.
He speaks English, Spanish and French.
