Marta Banožić

Marta is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution practice, specialising in international arbitration with a particular focus on commercial arbitration.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Marta served as a diplomat and trained as an associate in corporate law and commercial litigation with an Austrian-American boutique law firm.

Marta is a graduate of the University of Vienna and Harvard Law School, where she specialised in international dispute settlement. She speaks English, German, Croatian and French, and has an intermediate knowledge of Italian and Spanish.
