About
Jan is a Principal Associate in our Frankfurt office with significant experience in complex and cross-border M&A transactions.
He regularly advises financial institutions and other investors on high-profile M&A projects and has taken the lead associate role on several significant transactions for our most important clients. Jan is known to have an excellent understanding of our clients’ commercial needs, informed by his business degree and work experience in the financial sector. He spent a client secondment with J.P. Morgan and has a strong international background, with degrees from Germany and the UK and rotations in our offices in New York and Brussels. He is a lecturer for business law at the Hamburg School of Business Administration.
