Kevin is an associate in our New York office focusing on debt and equity capital market and financing matters. He also advises on corporate governance, SEC compliance and reporting, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Freshfields, Kevin worked as a securities listing executive where he advised issuers, arrangers and legal counsel in transactions listing asset-backed securities, debt securities, and covered bonds on Euronext Dublin.
