Freshfields Advises Piping Rock on its Acquisition of Church & Dwight's Vitamins Business

Freshfields is advising Piping Rock on its acquisition of Church & Dwight’s vitamin, minerals and supplement business, including the L’il Critters and Vitafusion brands, relevant trademarks and licenses, and the company’s manufacturing and distribution facilities in Vancouver and Ridgefield, Washington. The transaction signed on November 28, 2025 and is expected to close by the end of December.

Piping Rock is a US-based company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of dietary supplements and vitamins. Piping Rock has offices and distribution throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, and ships its products to more than 170 countries.
