They will discuss how HSR requirements are reshaping the corporate M&A process, the current best practices for engaging with antitrust agencies, and which jurisdictions are significantly increasing their review processes.

They will discuss how to optimize the balance of warranties, indemnities and other risk allocation mechanisms, the current market standard for closing conditions, and how the break fees and other dispute resolution provisions are changing.
