Sebastian Röger is a finance tax expert in our Frankfurt office.
He specialises in particular in advising on tax issues with a finance nexus and works closely with our finance and regulatory law colleagues. Among other things, Sebastian advises financial institutions on complex, mostly cross-border, tax matters and transactions. He also specialises in advising institutional investors, fund managers and portfolio managers on investment tax issues.
In addition, Sebastian has extensive experience in connection with internal investigations and works closely with our Global Investigations Group.
Sebastian regularly publishes articles, lectures on corporate finance and is a member of the BAI's Investment Taxation Working Group.
