フレッシュフィールズは、東京オフィスのシニア・アソシエイトである鈴木惇也弁護士が2026年9月1日付でカウンセルに就任したことを発表いたします。

鈴木弁護士は2024年にフレッシュフィールズに入所し、クロスボーダーM&Aを中心に、複雑なカーブアウト、ジョイントベンチャー、事業再編、倒産・事業再生案件、事業撤退案件およびディストレスト案件において豊富な経験を有します。また、当事務所参画後は、M&Aおよび事業再生の分野にとどまらず、データセンターや不動産関連プロジェクトにおいても実績を積み重ね、幅広い業界のクライアントに対してアドバイスを提供してきました。

Freshfields promotes Junya Suzuki to Counsel in Tokyo

Global law firm Freshfields has promoted Tokyo-based senior associate Junya Suzuki to Counsel, effective 1 September 2026.

Suzuki joined Freshfields in 2024 and brings extensive experience in cross-border M&A, including complex carve-outs, joint ventures, restructurings, insolvencies, business closures, and distressed transactions. Over the past two years, he has broadened his practice well beyond M&A and restructuring, building a strong track record on data center and real estate projects and advising across a wide range of sectors.
