Freshfields advises Northumbrian Water Group on £400m shareholder equity investment

Global law firm Freshfields is advising Northumbrian Water Group on a £400 million equity investment from its existing shareholders, to support the delivery of its business plan for the current five-year regulatory period (AMP8).
