Freshfields advises on the sale of HELM Pharmaceuticals to Noucor
Global law firm Freshfields has advised HELM AG on the sale of its finished dosage form business, HELM Pharmaceuticals, to Noucor.
HELM Pharmaceuticals has been developing finished dosage form products for 30 years, giving customers access to a broad portfolio of molecules across various therapeutic areas and dosage forms, as well as to a pipeline of ongoing development projects, with significant commercial activities in Europe and the US. The HELM group is a global, family-owned chemical distribution and marketing company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, with operations in more than 30 countries; its focus areas are chemicals, crop solutions and specialty & advanced materials.
Noucor is an international healthcare group, backed by MCH Private Equity and a group of local family offices, dedicated to the development, manufacturing and commercialisation of pharmaceutical products. Headquartered in Barcelona, the company operates across multiple international markets.
