Freshfields expands Global M&A and Capital practice with Madrid partner appointment

Global law firm Freshfields has today announced the expansion of its Global M&A and Capital practice with the appointment of Pablo González Mosqueira as a partner to lead the Private Equity team in Madrid.

Pablo brings deep experience and strategic focus in private equity alongside strong capabilities in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. He advises Spanish and international clients on corporate transactions including joint ventures and capital markets transactions.
