Freshfields advises TPG Real Estate on acquiring €400 million European healthcare portfolio
Global law firm Freshfields has advised TPG Real Estate Partners on acquiring a real estate portfolio for approx. €400 million before adjustments from Canada’s Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The medical office and clinic portfolio, named Project Nightingale, comprises some 30 assets in Germany and the Netherlands including two properties with development potential. The 180,917 square meters collection has more than 400 tenants.
