Satya is especially active in advising on the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace, helping clients navigate the legal and ethical implications of emerging technologies. He also brings deep expertise in data and tech-related issues with a focus on employment, including employee monitoring, social media use, cross-border data transfers, GDPR compliance, data breaches, and the evolving European digital framework, notably the AI Act and cybersecurity regulations.
