Franziska Leich

Franziska provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of direct and indirect tax law, with a particular focus on the tax structuring of domestic and cross-border transactions and transformations. This includes the design and implementation of tax-optimized acquisition, financing, and exit structures, carve-outs, and transformation processes, as well as the assessment and negotiation of tax-optimized joint venture models. Another focus of her advice is on all issues relating to profit allocation – both in international group structures and in complex investment and fund structures, including reporting, valuation, and compliance issues.

Thanks to her many years of practical experience working with clients, Franziska has particular industry expertise in the areas of private equity and finance, media, and pharmaceuticals and life sciences. She regularly advises clients from these industries on transaction processes, fund and investment structuring, transformations, and the tax integration of new business models.
