Rosie is an associate in our New York office and a member of the private funds and secondaries team. Her practice focuses on advising clients on fund formation and secondaries transactions. Prior to joining Freshfields, Rosie was an associate at a global law firm where she counseled a wide range of private equity and private capital fund sponsors on fund structure and investment strategy. She also has experience on entity formation, securities law compliance and a broad range of secondary market transactions.
