- AGC Glass Europe on the acquisition of the remaining shares in Interpane, a leading European glass manufacturer, from Helgejos Glass
- Etex on the acquisition of URSA, a leading international manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials, from Xella/Lone Star
- Gategroup on the spin-off of pension liabilities and plan assets as well as the subsequent divestment of the so-called pensioner firms to Funding Solutions
- Sandvik on the acquisition of the Portugal-based Frezite Group, a tool manufacturer for metal and wood applications
