Sebastian specialises in litigation and arbitration. He advises and represents national and international clients in complex legal disputes covering all areas of commercial and corporate law.
Sebastian focuses on advising and representing companies in appraisal proceedings in connection with corporate restructuring and in post-M&A disputes. In addition, he has extensive experience in defending clients against cartel damages claims.
